Lead and develop a team of Analysts and Analytics Managers, fostering a culture of curiosity and high-impact execution Define and evolve the product analytics strategy focused on player engagement, monetization, retention, and customer lifetime value Build scalable frameworks and dashboards to improve decision-making across product experiences and customer journeys
Required qualifications
At least 8 years of analytics experience in B2C technology, e-commerce, gaming, financial services, or consumer products A minimum of 4 years of direct management experience leading analytics teams Expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and customer behavior analysis Strong proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Deep understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling techniques
