Schedule 12-hour night shifts, with weekend and holiday requirements. May be asked to float within Med/Surg units. Job Description The Med/Surg unit is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across various diagnoses, including ventilated patients, orthopedic cases, and general Med/Surg needs. The nurse will work within a supportive team, while adhering to a patient ratio of 1:9, with assistance from PCA techs. ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation. Adhere to safety and quality standards within the unit. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent New York RN license.
