Your Daily Contributions Will Include:
Setting up and maintaining the operating room to ensure a smooth surgical process Enforcing strict sterile techniques and complying with infection control standards Handing instruments and necessary supplies to surgeons and assisting staff Preparing and managing surgical tools before, during, and after operations Keeping track of surgical supplies to assure everything is ready for every procedure Collaborating with fellow surgical professionals to provide seamless care Documenting surgical counts and maintaining precise records Education Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program is essential A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary Required Certifications:
Holding a current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain within 90 days from hire) Desirable Skills and Attributes:
Strong understanding of surgical processes and instruments across various specialties Excellent teamwork and communication skills in high-pressure situations Ability to quickly prioritize and adapt to the surgical environment Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Thorough knowledge and application of aseptic techniques What Makes This Role Unique:
