Key Responsibilities As a Lead Dental Assistant, you will help support clinical operations while guiding and mentoring the dental assisting team.
Assist dentists chairside during a variety of procedures Help lead daily clinical flow and back-office operations Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked Take and process dental X-rays Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance Support and mentor dental assistants as needed Maintain accurate patient records and charting Deliver exceptional patient care and create a positive experience for every patient • What We're Looking For • Prior dental assisting experience required • Lead or leadership experience preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
