Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Draw on the latest research to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily life capabilities. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for each patient. Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction on therapy techniques and strategies to empower patients and their caregivers to support progress at home. Track and Document Progress: Monitor treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track for their rehabilitation. Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution is required. Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported. Licenses and Certifications
A valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is essential. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Desired Skills
