We offer: Extensive paid training for our Route Sales Representatives who deliver valuable service to customers every day. Career opportunities to move up within the company. Competitive pay starting at $25/hr plus commission, with average salary of $72k-$78k in your first year. Company vehicle and mobile phone. What you'll get to do: Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems. Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs. Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers. Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products. Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers (every 5-6 weeks).
Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years. Have a mechanical inclination. Must be able to lift and move up to 70lbs.
