Performing comprehensive assessments and formulating tailored care strategies for patients Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic conditions, in collaboration with physicians or autonomously depending on your certification Providing patient education on wellness strategies and chronic disease management Administering prescriptions and treatments within your scope of practice Engaging in follow-up care and chronic care support Interacting with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care Ensuring meticulous documentation in the electronic medical records (EMR) Qualifications We Seek
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner education program Certification Essentials
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or applicable specialty certification Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willing to obtain within 90 days) Attributes That Shine
