Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and devise individualized therapy strategies to help them realize their functional aspirations. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work synergistically with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-focused care. Track and Adjust Treatments: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify interventions when necessary to ensure patients stay on the path to recovery. Requirements
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported. Licensing
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory. Qualifications
