ABOUT US: Hope Leadership Academy is a public charter school that serves students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade who live within the boundaries of the Kansas City Public School district. We are committed to small class sizes in order to maximize educational opportunities and build strong relationships among students and teachers. We are trauma responsive. We willingly, widely, and with passion educate children who have high incidences of trauma - we are open arms to students who need us most.

We talk it out. Our team is too small for there to be drama or cliques. We work to have the healthy adult relationships our kids deserve to see.
We provide stability by being on time, present, committed to the role.
