Deliver focused speech therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing function. Collaborate seamlessly with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop integrative care strategies. Provide education for patients and their families to promote progress beyond clinical sessions. Participate in inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring a smooth and continuous care experience for our patients. Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations. Stay updated with current trends in the field through ongoing education and team collaboration. Education
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hiring. Skills
