How you'll contribute The Pharmacy Buyer oversees department purchasing and billing processes and assists with quality functions for regulatory requirements.
Purchasing: Places daily orders for pharmaceuticals and supplies in sufficient quantities to meet department needs and monitors for contract compliance Billing: Oversees department billing processes and charge corrections Quality: Ensures regulatory compliance by coordinating quality functions and maintaining accurate documentation Automation: Competent in automation related equipment and procedures and manages issues and maintenance

What we're looking for: Education: High school diploma or equivalent - Required License: Must hold a National Pharmacy Technician certificate and be registered with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy Minimum Work Experience: Two years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a hospital pharmacy-Required.
