We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead complex Salesforce initiatives with a heavy focus on Data integration and platform architecture. This role will play a key part in integrating Salesforce with Databricks, enterprise applications, and external data systems to drive real-time insights and scalable automation. This is a hands‑on engineering role suited for someone who enjoys owning architecture decisions and building robust, secure integrations across modern data ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs) Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and Databricks Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs for internal and external application connectivity Work closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure clean data pipelines and synchronization Lead system integration efforts across ERP, marketing automation, and third‑party platforms Optimize performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce architecture Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers Support CI/CD and DevOps best practices for Salesforce deployments Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience Experience integrating Salesforce with Databricks Experience with enterprise application integrations (ERP, data warehouses, external APIs) Strong understanding of data modeling and large dataset handling Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Salesforce Platform Developer I (II preferred) Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Azure Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms Knowledge of data lake architecture Experience in high‑growth or enterprise environments
