Provide individualized speech therapy interventions targeting communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop unified care strategies. Deliver education to patients and their families, equipping them to support progress outside of therapy sessions. Occasionally perform inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions to ensure ongoing care throughout the therapeutic journey. Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards. Stay updated with the latest developments in the field through continuous education and collaboration with peers. Education
Attend an accredited university to obtain a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Complete a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications

Receive competitive compensation based on experience. Enjoy flexible scheduling that promotes work-life balance and diverse caseloads. Specialization opportunities in pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatrics. Access to paid time off (PTO) and holiday compensation.
