A private school in South Brooklyn is seeking an entry‑level IT professional to provide on‑site desktop and help desk support. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants hands‑on experience supporting real users in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Front‑line technical support for students and staff Troubleshoot hardware, software, and classroom tech issues Support Windows, Mac, and Chromebook devices Assist with device imaging, repairs, and inventory Document issues in a ticketing system
Requirements: 6 months – 2 years of IT or help desk experience Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working fully on‑site Interest in learning and growing within IT
