Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity – Buffalo, NY Area Join a Growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) A well-established and rapidly expanding Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Western New York is seeking three Family Medicine Physicians or Internal Medicine Physicians to join its dedicated team. This mission-driven organization provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to diverse communities throughout the Buffalo region. Founded in 1999, this respected FQHC serves more than 20,000 patients annually across four established locations in Western New York, with a fifth location scheduled to open by year-end. With over 180 employees, the organization continues to grow while maintaining its commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare. Position Highlights
Full-time, permanent employed position Openings available at all practice locations Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Rotating Saturday coverage based on clinic location Average patient volume of 16–20 patients per day Rotating phone call schedule (one week at a time) Opportunity to work across multiple sites, all located within approximately 30 minutes of each other Supportive, team-oriented environment with physician autonomy
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $190,000–$200,000 annually Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan 15 days of paid time off 9 paid holidays Accrued sick leave Student loan repayment Flexibility to split time between locations
Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Eligible for or able to obtain a New York medical license Comfortable practicing independently Adaptable and flexible with occasional travel between nearby clinic locations
