Preferred Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree OR relevant freight brokerage experience. Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience no experience? No problem! If you have the right drive, we'll train you. Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics preferred but not required.
Physical Capabilities And Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day, at a desk in front of a computer screen. Proficient use of a keyboard, mouse, and monitor, as well as the ability to type, scroll, and click efficiently. Occasional light lifting and carrying of objects up to 20 pounds, such as office supplies or small equipment. Ability to move within an office, including occasional walking, bending, reaching, and climbing short flights of stairs. Clear communication, both verbal and written, including phone conversations, virtual meetings, and face-to-face. Adequate vision to read documents, use computer screens, and navigate office space. Ability to work in an environment with moderate noise, such as printers, telephones, and office conversations.
