About the Role: The Sales Manager Entry Level develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing distributors and control state agencies, providing products and strategic support to build and grow a successful brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Drive profitable and sustainable sales across assigned distributor accounts Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets Establish clear objectives and timelines; monitor progress and performance Build long-term distributor relationships through consistent communication and support Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and align strategies Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed Train and educate national distributors on product portfolio and promotional programs Oversee order processing, inventory coordination, and related sales operations Maintain comprehensive industry knowledge, including regulatory and competitive landscape Perform additional duties and special projects assigned Qualifications
Bachelors degree required 03 years of sales experience preferred (Alcoholic beverage or CPG experience a plus) Strong understanding of sales principles and account management fundamentals Excellent communication and presentation skills Results-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Bilingual in Korean and English preferred Valid drivers license required Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically
