We have partnered with one of our BEST clients to locate a top-notch candidate that has a combination of AR experience to include payment posting, research and resolution. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced department. Responsibilities:
· Post payments, ACH and Checks
· Create and send invoices
· Post Debits and credits as needed
· Research and resolve discrepancies
· Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing and sales to evaluate client accounts
· Responsible to reconcile customer accounts
Qualifications:
· One plus years of AR payment posting or cash applications in a corporate or banking environment
· Excellent balancing and reconciliations skills
· Fast and Accurate 10 key and data entry
· Team-player attitude
