The posted compensation range of $66.26 - $98.56 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Manager, Pharmacy Infusion Services, you will help two infusion pharmacy programs deliver advanced infusion therapies so they can ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of medication management services to a diverse patient population. Every day you will provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership while overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations. You will be expected to optimize workflow, resource allocation, productivity, and budget performance; provide advanced clinical oversight for infusion therapies; actively partner with interdisciplinary teams; and collaborate with stakeholders to advance infusion services and drive strategic priorities. To be successful in this role, you must serve as a dynamic leader who develops high performing teams, fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and drives performance through effective utilization management, inventory optimization, and implementation of evidence-based, cost-effective therapeutic strategies.
