NOW HIRING – Pharmacy Technician in Training Jeffersonville, IN | Onsite $17 to $19/hr (this includes the 2nd Shift Pay Differential) 2nd Shift Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting a leading pharmaceutical client in Charlestown, IN with hiring motivated and dependable candidates for a Pharmacy Technician in Training opportunity. This is a great opportunity for individuals with warehouse picking, fulfillment, production, or quality experience looking to grow into the healthcare and pharmacy industry. No prior pharmacy experience is required — paid training is provided! We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Schedule • Monday: 1pm–11:30pm • Tuesday–Friday: 2pm–11pm • Saturday: 12pm–8:30pm Job Responsibilities Pick, package, and label prescription medications Replenish inventory and automated dispensing systems Maintain quality and accuracy standards Rotate inventory and monitor expiration dates Follow HIPAA, safety, and pharmacy compliance regulations Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required Previous warehouse, picking, fulfillment, production, or pharmacy experience preferred Must obtain Indiana Pharmacy Tech in Training License within 2 weeks of start Strong attention to detail and ability to stay on task Team-oriented, reliable, and accountable Ability to stand, walk, and lift 20–30 lbs throughout shift APPLY today with Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences to start your career in pharmacy operations!
