Pharmacy Dispensing And Automation Associate In this role, you'll play an important part in helping patients receive the medications they need—safely, accurately, and on time. You'll oversee the hospital's automated medication dispensing systems, making sure they're well-stocked, running smoothly, and supporting our clinical teams every day. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on work with problem-solving and collaboration. You'll be a key partner across departments, helping ensure medications are managed efficiently and responsibly. Starting pay: $21.61 per hour. What You'll Do
Maintaining appropriate inventory levels in automated dispensing cabinets across the hospital Monitoring medication supplies and restocking items in a timely, cost-effective way Overseeing the daily operation of automated dispensing systems Troubleshooting system or inventory issues and helping resolve them quickly Partnering with pharmacy staff, nursing teams, and vendors to support smooth workflows Supporting accurate tracking, pricing, and accountability of medication inventory Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste
