The pay range for this position is $280,000 - $347,500. Billable Hours Pay Model (Rate based on years of experience) Relocation Assistance (10K for out of state, 5k for in state) Health & Dental Insurance ($500 is paid by employer) Vision Paid by Employer Life Insurance (Mutual of Omaha) 1x annual salary Short-Term and Long-Term Disability DEA Renewal paid by employer Retirement Package – 403(b) with 3% match and 457 Malpractice Insurance Student Loan Repayment ($75,000 with 2 year commitment) 15 Days Paid Time Off (PTO); 10 Sick Days CME Time Off-5 Days Off 10 Paid Holidays
Responsibilities
Time divided between Clinic and Hospital Clinic Hours – Monday – Friday (8am-5pm) Goal for 20 Patients per day. 60-70 Births per month on average for Group. On Call – 10 Shifts per month (7am-7pm) Full Scope OB/GYN
Requirements
Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Georgia (or willing to obtain if out of area provider) M.D. or D.O Board Certified or Board Eligible
