First Assistant Role In Surgery Assists the surgeon in the first assistant role, as defined by the privileges established through Medical Staff Office/credentialing process, as an Allied Health professional. The RNFA can act only as the RNFA, not a scrub or circulating RN, during a surgical procedure, concurrently. Required Training/Education/Experience/Certification: Minimum three years experience as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. Successful completion of a RNFA course; see credentialing by Medical Staff bylaws/privileges. Desired Training/Education/Experience/Certification:
(1) PALS
Skills And Certifications
RNFA Course Completion California Licensed RN 3 Years OR experience
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $125,000.00 - $175,00.
