Provide LPN support in outpatient clinic settings Assist with patient care in Family Practice, Behavioral Health, OB, and Urgent Care departments Support providers and nursing teams with clinical workflow Monitor patients and assist with routine clinical procedures Document patient care accurately in Cerner Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and infection control standards Float to other clinic locations as needed for coverage Requirements Active Hawaii LPN license required Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required Prior clinic experience required Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, OB, or Urgent Care experience preferred BLS/BCLS certification required ACLS certification required Cerner experience preferred Must be able to work 80 hours every two weeks with no exceptions Must be flexible to work until 6:00 PM if needed
