Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) Active state license or eligibility for licensure (PDS will assist!) Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Deliver high-quality, individualized OT services based on therapy plans and developmental needs Conduct evaluations, create therapy goals, monitor progress, and document outcomes Collaborate with families, care teams, and educators to support functional, motor, sensory, and self-care goals Create a positive, engaging therapy experience for each child
