Neurology Physician 365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified Neurology Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Albany, New York. Base Salary: $340,000 – $360,000 Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 Retention Bonus: $15,000 (Year 2) Schedule: Monday–Friday outpatient clinic Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Schedule & Coverage Model
Outpatient-focused weekday schedule Shared rotational call among providers Limited inpatient responsibilities for consultation and rounding
Balanced model with strong outpatient focus and manageable call. Practice Environment
Established neurology group with multiple clinic locations Offices in Albany and Clifton Park Collaborative, physician-led team Strong support staff and infrastructure Epic EMR
Opportunities to collaborate with specialized programs including:
MS and Headache Center Hospitalist teams Expanding neurology subspecialties
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient neurology care Perform and interpret:
EMG/NCS EEG
Participate in inpatient consultations and rounding Interpret sleep studies (optional) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care
Growth & Specialization Opportunities
Opportunity to develop focus in:
Neuromuscular Epilepsy
Mentorship for early-career neurologists Participation in program expansion and service development
Qualifications
Board Certified in Neurology (required) Active New York license (or ability to obtain) DEA certification Ability to perform EMG/NCS and EEG Clean malpractice and license history
Open to early-career and experienced physicians. Visa sponsorship is not available. Compensation & Benefits
