Functieomschrijving
As part of our engineering team, you will contribute to the design and development of automotive components, working closely with international partners and customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting product design and development activities from concept to validation
Creating and modifying designs using CATIA V5 (mandatory)
Participating in feasibility studies and engineering evaluations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners (OEMs / Tier-1)
Contributing to cost optimization (VA/VE studies)
Supporting customer exchanges and ensuring alignment on technical specifications
Providing technical input throughout the product development lifecycle
Profiel ?? Your profile
~?? Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
~??? 1 to 3 years of experience in product design (automotive is a strong plus)
~?? Strong proficiency in CATIA V5 (mandatory)
~ Knowledge of Automative Body Components such as door frame, door module, frame moulding, active grill shutter, power back door, sunshade
~?? Exposure to OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is an advantage
~?? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
~?? Good communication skills and team spirit
~?? Fluency in English (Japanese is a plus)
