Physical Therapist (PT) Vineland, NJ Autumn Lake @ Vineland $46-$51/hour Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide individualized rehabilitation services within a skilled nursing setting. This role focuses on improving mobility, reducing pain, and helping residents regain independence. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents and identify functional limitations Create and carry out tailored therapy programs Use therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards Work closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred Benefits (Full-Time):
