Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: Two 8 am - 6 pm shifts, two 8 am - 5 pm shifts, every other Saturday 9 am - 1 pm Do you believe teamwork and cool heads prevail? You'll manage a high call volume, schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and provide a warm, professional experience for clients and their pets. Key responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and managing front desk flow Answering phones and coordinating a multi-doctor schedule Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Communicating clearly with clients and the medical team Supporting patient flow and hospital organization

Organized, reliable, and a strong multitasker Compassionate and confident in client communication A team player with a positive attitude Experienced in veterinary settings (preferred)
