Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite) Oxford Solutions is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our client's growing team. This is a contract to hire, onsite role in a closed-door pharmacy environment. Responsibilities
Enter electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions accurately according to company protocols Communicate with providers and physicians via phone and email to resolve prescription inquiries Address and resolve open issues from pharmacists, technicians, and internal teams Maintain compliance with corporate, state, and federal pharmacy regulations Perform additional pharmacy technician duties as assigned Requirements
Minimum of 6 months of retail pharmacy technician experience PTCB or NHA certification required
Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software Competence in basic pharmacy calculations
