Position Summary We are seeking a PRN licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our outpatient clinics across the Chicago region. This role involves working closely with physical therapists to deliver high-quality, individualized care that enhances patient mobility, function, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing treatment plans tailored to patient goals and needs Deliver effective, cost-conscious therapy interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain Support rehabilitation programs that promote alternatives to medication and surgery Help develop and guide fitness and wellness programs specific to each patient Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care using proven treatment techniques Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery process Promote healthy lifestyle habits, including strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to supervising therapists Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care services Specialties

Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant Intensive education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid license to practice physical therapy Associates degree or greater
