Sales Representatives must establish, build and maintain customer relations through constant communications and in-person appointments. This position is specifically responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of our market-leading Spine product portfolio. You will be consulting surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of Arthrex Spine products and procedures./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliRepresent Invictus Surgical Incorporated, as an independent agency authorized to sell Arthrex products, by working with surgeons and health care professionals. Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics./liliIncrease territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships, and by developing and implementing sales strategies./liliCommunicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs./liliImplement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and to meet/exceed territory objectives./liliCross-sell additional Spine and Orthobiologics products or manage new product introductions as they become available./liliAddress any problems that arise at the account./liliSupport compliance and the principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity; reporting noncompliance; and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements and company policies and procedures./liliReceive coaching, training or mentoring from sales manager; transfer knowledge to peers as needed./liliDemonstrate motivation, excitement, curiousness and commitment to self-learning outside of course work and planned trainings./liliMaintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits and other critical business applications./liliCollect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer and competitive trends./liliParticipate in and attend sales meetings, local labs, training, and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required./liliAbility to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis./liliFuture potential of maintaining a call schedule and attending cases on the weekend./li/ulpThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job.
