Medical Oncologist Opportunity – Houston, Texas Join a Highly Respected Oncology Group in the Heart of a Thriving Metropolitan Area Our client is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join their growing practice in Houston, TX. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a collaborative, community-based setting with the ability to practice the full spectrum of medical oncology and hematology (both malignant and benign). This full-time position offers a clear path to partnership, strong support infrastructure, and a highly competitive compensation and benefits package. Position Highlights:
Monday–Friday schedule with regular daytime hours
Opportunity to manage a diverse and rewarding case mix
Full clinical and administrative support, including:
Dedicated nursing staff
Mid-level provider support
Scribe services
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system in place
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary of $340,000–$475,000, depending on experience
Productivity incentives and partnership track
Comprehensive benefits package including:

Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
CME allowance and coverage for medical licensure
Relocation assistance available
Qualifications:
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Medical Oncology
Eligible for or currently licensed to practice in Texas
Open to both experienced physicians and recent fellowship graduates
