Working closely with the Resident Care Director, you will help lead and support Resident Care Aides (RCAs), ensure compliance, and serve as a trusted clinical resource for residents, families, and the care team. What You'll Do Resident-Centered Care
Ensure exceptional quality of care for all residents Assess and evaluate resident health concerns and coordinate care with providers Observe, document, and communicate changes in resident condition clearly and accurately Provide first aid and clinical support as needed Leadership & Team Support
Guide, mentor, and support Resident Care Aides (RCAs) in daily care delivery Promote a positive, united team culture built on respect, accountability, and compassion Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless, high-quality care Communication & Coordination
Serve as a liaison between residents, families, physicians, healthcare providers, and agencies Communicate professionally and empathetically with families and care partners Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulations Compliance & Excellence
Assist with maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines Support the mission, vision, and values of the community in all interactions Qualifications
Current, valid RN or LPN license in the state of employment Knowledge of aging and disability-related care Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Patient, compassionate, and service-oriented mindset Ability to work collaboratively and lead with integrity Our Values in Action
