Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually (annualized earnings potential) Sign-On Bonus: Offered Schedule: Tuesday & Friday Compensation Structure: Strong minimum daily guarantee plus percentage of collections Position Summary A well-established multi-specialty dental practice is seeking a skilled and personable Part-Time Associate Dentist to join a collaborative clinical team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who values high-quality patient care, strong communication, and clinical autonomy while working in a modern, technology-enabled environment. The incoming dentist will have the opportunity to step into an established patient flow and contribute to continued practice growth while building long-term patient relationships. Established practice serving the community since 1995 Multi-provider clinical team including full-time and part-time dentists and hygienists Approximately 2,300 active patients Balanced payer mix: 50% PPO / 50% Fee-For-Service Comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry services offered Supportive, patient-focused culture with emphasis on personalized care Technology & Clinical Support
Digital radiography Intraoral scanning technology Cone Beam imaging Modern diagnostic and treatment planning systems Efficient scheduling and strong clinical support staff Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general and cosmetic dental care Conduct thorough examinations and develop clear, patient-centered treatment plans Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and oral health maintenance Collaborate effectively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members Maintain high standards of infection control, clinical documentation, and ethical care Manage clinical schedule efficiently while delivering a positive patient experience Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities Compensation & Benefits

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active New Jersey dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain) Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience required Completion of GPR or AEGD preferred Strong proficiency in general and cosmetic dentistry procedures Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize patient care Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ideal Candidate Profile
