A well-established, physician-led neonatology group is seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join their team in a 16-bed Level III NICU in stunning Las Cruces, NM. Why This Opportunity Stands Out • 24/7 in-house NNP model, ensuring strong team collaboration and continuity of care • Close partnership with Neonatologists who value NNP autonomy and clinical expertise • Supportive practice environment with room for professional growth and skill development • A NICU culture built on teamwork, communication, and excellence What You'll Do You'll be a key provider in the NICU, responsible for: • Daily rounding and ongoing management of NICU patients • Attendance at high-risk deliveries, supported by a dedicated resuscitation team • Performing essential NICU procedures, including: - Intubation - UAC/UVC placement - Chest tube/pigtail insertion - Lumbar puncture Compensation & Benefits • Competitive Salary Range: $120,000 - $200,000
