Physical Therapist This is a 13-week contract position with 36 hours guaranteed per week. Days Shift We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a contract position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services, assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery and quality of life.
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care. Document patient care and progress accurately.
Valid Physical Therapist license. Experience in a clinical setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
