General Dentist - Part-TimeLocation: BowieSchedule: Part-Time Monday and Friday (Wednesdays optional with potential to expand) Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in Bowie, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, strong patient relationships, and delivering comprehensive, high-quality care in a supportive, privately owned environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient base and perform a wide range of procedures, from bread-and-butter dentistry to more complex cases, while being supported by an experienced clinical team. Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, fillings, and extractions Expand clinical scope into more complex procedures as desired Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Maryland dental license (or ability to obtain) 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care Interest in continued clinical growth and development
