Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, fillings, and extractions Expand clinical scope into more complex procedures as desired Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Maryland dental license (or ability to obtain) 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care Interest in continued clinical growth and development
