Job Description Shift Description: M-F; 8a-5p + week night & weekend call • Board Certified - REQUIRED • BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED • OH License - REQUIRED • Fellowship (Nuclear or Mammography) - Preferred • Provider MUST have clean files to be considered • Close to OH - preferred Open Dates: • 7/30 - Day Shift • 8/1 - Day Shift • 9/17 - Day Shift • 10/22 - Day Shift • 11/5 - Day Shift • 11/12 - Day Shift • 12/24 - Day Shift • 12/26 - Day Shift • 12/29 -Night shift • 12/30 - Night shift • 12/31 - Day and Night Shift • Practice Setting: Hospital • Call Schedule: 7 days per week • Documentation System/EMR: Full epic and PACs • Number of Exam Rooms: 2 rad rooms • Number of Radiologists in Practice: 2 IR • Description of Support Staff: Full staffed rad group
• Demographic: Adult • Volume of procedures: 15-25/day Procedures Required • General community interventional radiology procedures • Strong biopsy & cancer needs
