the base of Mt. Shasta. It is a 25 bed, critical access hospital, level III
trauma center, with three rural health clinics and a new Emergency
Department. Mt. Shasta is a "less hectic" community that is sure to make

Mt. Shasta has a catchment area of 17,000 lives and is surrounded by
lakes, hiking, skiing lifts and many more amazing outdoor adventures. This

clinic and hospital as an employed physician.
The current schedule is 1:4 call, with 4 days clinic/surgery
*additional call pay for more than 7 call days a month.
About the Practice:
Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta is looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN to join a hospital-based clinic with no overhead as an employed Physician. The practice is staffed by dedicated and highly competent team players from fellow Physicians to a full support staff.
Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Possess or eligible for a California State Medical License
This is an employment opportunity
1 FTE: 36 hours of scheduled clinical time including OR Surgery time.
Minimum of 4 hours of administrative work per week
Expected to share clinic/ hospital patient call responsibilities as assigned.
The base includes 5 days of Hospital Emergency Department call coverage per month.
Yearly compensation Base salary: $330,000
Call Pay up to $90,000
Quality Incentive up to: $8,000
Annual Compensation: $428,000
Sign on Bonus- $50,000
Relocation Assistance starting at $10,000
CME Stipend
Student Loan Repayment Assistance Available (PSLF eligible)
