Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population; conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients across all age groups Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with evidence-based protocols Provide preventive care including screenings, immunizations, patient education, and lifestyle counseling Collaborate with behavioral health and specialty providers to ensure continuity of care Refer patients appropriately and follow up on external consultations and diagnostics Engage in practice-wide initiatives to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency Monitor and respond to population health metrics and patient satisfaction data Maintain accurate and timely documentation; uphold HIPAA and ethical standards in all patient interactions

Education/Experience
5-10 years of clinical experience required, experience in a primary care setting preferred Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds Eligibility for medical licensure in VA
