Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant Location:Schuyler, NEPosition Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a hospital-based setting. This role includes working with both outpatient and inpatient populations under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist. Provide therapeutic interventions and support patient rehabilitation goals. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff. Assist in the daily operations of the rehabilitation department. Support program development and quality care initiatives. Qualifications: Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in hospital, outpatient, or inpatient settings preferred.
