Enter and maintain prescription data using our computer system Prescription Billing and reconciliation Answer incoming phone calls and field patient questions Contact insurance companies for claims resolution May need to contact doctor’s offices or hospitals to clarify prescription information. Answer clients questions and address customer service issues when they arise Learn our computerized software in order to train staff at our partner locations Perform the usual tasks of a Pharmacy Technician from a call center without directly handling medications.
Qualifications :
Associate degree in Pharmaceutical Technology (bachelor’s degree preferred) 2+ years of experience working in a pharmacy At least a year of experience in prescription billing Willing to be trained and train new staff on our pharmacy software. Exemplary verbal communication and customer service skills Must possess valid state certification Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be fully bilingual (English and Spanish) Able to work in San Juan, PR
