Dr. Fitz's Bayside Animal Clinic is looking for an experienced, part-time Licensed Veterinary Technician to support our growing practice. This is an opportunity to stay hands-on in a high-quality medical environment while maintaining a schedule that works for you. About Us Dr. Fitz's Bayside Animal Clinic is a well-established, community-focused practice known for personalized care and strong client relationships. We focus on doing good medicine without cutting corners, supported by modern equipment and a collaborative team. The Role This is a part-time position designed for experienced technicians who want consistency, flexibility, and the ability to stay engaged in high-quality patient care without a full-time schedule. You'll play a key role in both patient care and clinic flow, including:
Anesthesia monitoring and surgical support Radiography and in-house diagnostics Patient nursing care for both hospitalized and outpatient cases Assisting in exams, treatments, and procedures Client communication and education Maintaining accurate and compliant medical records What We're Looking For
Active Michigan LVT license 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience Strong skills in anesthesia, surgery, and patient care Clear communication and team-first mindset Someone who takes pride in doing things well, not just quickly What You'll Get
