Precision and clinical expertise: You perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning, evaluate your own images for technical quality, and produce diagnostic-grade results that physicians count on—right the first time. Mastery of standards and systems: You know your anatomy, protocols, and equipment. You are proficient in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems, apply ALARA radiation safety principles without being reminded, and maintain clean, complete, real-time documentation. Agility and autonomy: You manage your own workflow, keep your room ready, and troubleshoot equipment issues without slowing the team down. You adapt to a high-volume schedule and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision. Your ARRT certification is just the beginning. You're a Strong Fit if You Have • ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required • Valid state licensure current (where required) • BLS certification current or in progress • 1–2 years of X-ray experience preferred; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus • Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program • Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems • Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles • Strong communication skills with patients, physicians, and teammates • Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision • Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture Benefits At SimonMed Imaging, we offer:
