RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.

Requirement description :
Candidates with an AZ driver's license will not be considered [REQUIRED] Provider must have 24 months minimum of current Computed Tomography/CT Tech experience [REQUIRED] Certifications must be American Heart Association or American Red Cross [REQUIRED] Verification cannot show any hits on license at time of submission [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT] Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Cannot exceed 7 days [REQUIRED] Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes** ***PLEASE NOTE, BANNER HAS VERY SPECIFIC BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS THAT MUST BE ADHERED AND ATTESTED TO.
