Current LPN license in Missouri Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional, personalized care supporting seniors in their activities of daily living Encourage residents to socialize and engage for emotional and mental well-being Create a safe environment where residents can thrive Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record new data Take vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc. Follow instructions from and report updates to the supervising RN or physician
