Responsibilities Include:
Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the Director of Nursing Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation Collaborating with CNAs and healthcare team members to deliver excellent care Promoting resident comfort, independence, and well-being Responding calmly and effectively during emergencies Supporting a positive and patient-centered environment Who We're Looking For:
