Nurse Responsibilities (LPN & RN)
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments Complete assessments, wound care, and documentation Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the care team Supervise and support Nursing Assistants during daily clinical operations Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license Current CPR certification Long-term care experience preferred
