Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Location: Oak Village Health Care Center - Oaktown, IN Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours a week) & PRN Revital Rehab Services is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our care team at Oak Village Health Care Center in Oaktown, IN. This flexible, as-needed position is perfect for a skilled PTA who enjoys delivering high-quality therapy services in a supportive, resident-focused environment. What You'll Do:
Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist in evaluating residents and contribute to developing individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions that improve strength, mobility, and function Document services provided and collaborate with the care team to ensure progress What You'll Bring:
